Meet Recap

The girls finished the 2017 Track season finishing 3rd at the state finals. The 3200m relay team placed 8th and set a new school record of 9:20. The team of Katie O’Donnell, Zoe Simmons, Katherine Modrall, and Mikayla Gallagher got the team off to a great start. Semira Killebrew placed 3rd in the 100m dash (new record 11.79) and 5th in the 200m dash (24.20 and new school record). Nakita Turner placed 4th in the 100m hurdles with a 14.61 and another school record. The 400m relay team of Nakita, Jordan Smith, Alex Ezell, and Semira set a new school record placing 2nd in 47.21. Katherine Modrall placed 5th in the 800m with a new school record time of 2:13.9. This was the absolute best showing by a track team in Brebeuf Jesuit history for the state finals.
