Game Recap

The Braves followed their first match in the Fishers tournament with a match against fellow Circle City Conference member, Guerin, in their first year of competition. The Braves struggled with serving in the first set which managed to keep Guerin in the game from the start to the finish. A small surge at the end allowed Brebeuf to pull ahead and seal the game. The second set started out with a five point run by Eric Hau before David House stepped to the service line and ran off fourteen straight points to get Brebeuf to 20 before Guerin managed a side out. Brebeuf allowed only one more point the rest of the way for an unusually easy match win.
