Our Marion County teams feature some of the largest high schools in the state. The Braves finished sixth out of sixteen teams with junior Beck Biggerstaff leading the way with a solid 16:54. Next in for the Braves was senior Ollie Haug with a 16:57, senior Mackie Skinner, sophomore James Narkiewicz, sophomore Zane Sterrett, senior Boston Christy, and sophomore Hudson Sharpe. Remarkably, Beck and Ollie missed lots of school this week with bad colds. Two in the 16s, five in the 17s is awesome! In the Marion County Freshman Championship, our Braves took a huge win over rivals North Central, Franklin Central, and all other large school programs in our county. The championship Braves team was led by the Marion County overall champion Ben Williams, runner up was Luke Brames, 8th place Graham Wong, 10th place goes to Caleb Mayes, and rounding out the scoring was 12th place Liam Funston! Hudson Lyons and Will Coles were our sixth and seventh. Huge win Gentlemen!! Congratulations to all of our runners with so many getting their personal records
