The JV Braves fell short on the road Thursday night at Crispus Attucks 48-44. While the Braves dominated the glass 36-21 they were outscored by seven in the third quarter and were unable to recover.
Junior Alec Bevelhimer led the way with 9 points and 9 rebounds. Sophomore Rashad Williams followed with 9 points and 8 rebounds and Caleb Ellison chipped in 9 points and 5 rebounds.
The Braves return to the hardwood on Saturday afternoon when they host Park Tudor for a 1:00 PM tip.
