The Braves showed up to Ball State and played their best two sets of volleyball all season. Set 3 they almost sealed the deal, but an extremely talented Dwenger group surged back and took over from there. In the 5th while the Braves were down early they fought back and once again almost locked down the State Title, but a few costly errors opened the door for Dwenger and ultimately the finished to win the title. Naija Gadis finished the match with 53 assists, Lola Schumacher had 33 digs, Sydney Robinson had 23 kills and Greer Fraser finished with 9 blocks and won the Mental Attitude award. The Braves will take this tough loss and learn from it, as we promised to be back at Ball State. For Now we are the 3A Indiana Volleyball State Runner Up. We would like to thank our seniors for an amazing 4 years as Braves and wish them luck in their future endeavors. We would like to thank the IHSAA and IHSVCA for a wonderful and safe tournament. And lastly we would like to thank Brebeuf and our administration for helping us to have such a long and safe season! As Always… Go Braves!
